Hi sir, I have plans for a mod that will use yours as a base but I have problems with Blender. It does not let me save the changes I made and I would like to know if there is a program that allow me to se the ogf files and alters they a little.

Blender seems to complicated to start learning now since I am planning to use your outfits wit some modifications so any program that let me move this hat, backpack or pouch over there and such will do.

I lack knowledge to work with Blender so if you know of any other program or an tutorial please point me to it.

I already make a mod in warband so I have some capabilities. It have the Russian faction if you want to give it a try. Moddb.com

Oh and an addon to your mod but wit only textures Moddb.com

Hey Raito, I'm working on a basic patch to get HD models to work with GAMMA. Is there any chance I can get an outline of which characters should have what mesh? For example, which mesh would the character "Hatchet" use?

The whole incompatibility with the GAMMA pack thus far seems to be a simple case of lacking .ogf files with the correct filename for certain characters.

The information you are interested in can be found in the character_desc_darkvalley (and other locations) .xml files in the gamedata\configs\gameplay folder. The line <visual>actors\stalker_bandit\stalker_bandit_3_face_3</visual> will be responsible for the appearance of the character (for example, this is the Sultan from the Bandit Base)
