It doesn't affect UT2004 at all, you must have installed it wrongly.

yes, you need up to date UT2004.

1. No crosshairs. If there was a crosshair, it would always be in the middle of your screen - that's where you need to aim.

2. Short range weapons have no iron sights, because it's unnecessary.

3. To find the trader, just follow other players.

Try this:

if the regular UT splash screen comes up, something's wrong.
It has to be in separate folder called "KFMod20". Make sure you didn't mix up UT and KF files...

Where your UT2K4 anime models can be downloaded?

All I see is pics. When I would like to download something I only find models for something called Garry mod...

make sure it's installed under UT2004 directory, in a folder called KFMod20.

Make sure you got latest version of UT2004, with ECE content. If you're not sure, install Megapack (https://www.gamefront.com/files/Uneal+Tournament+2004+++Mega+Bonus+Pack/;4466794;;/fileinfo.html).

Also make sure the mod is installed in separate folder (KFMod20 folder, which is in your UT2004 directory).

You need UT2004 Megapack. (google it)

open KFMod20.ini, and replace NetBrowseMap=Entry.ut2 with NetBrowseMap=KF-Menu.ut2

Just play the game a little. Perks come pretty fast.
If you want to earn some specific perk faster, here's what you have to do:

Berserk: melee damage
Support: welding, shotgun damage
Sharpshooter: headshots (I recomend winchester)
Medic: heal your teammates

For mods to work, they have to be in a separate folder in UT2004 directory.
Example, if your UT2004 is on drive C, then mod should be located like this:
C:\UT2004\KFMod20\

Make sure there's an "KFMod20" folder in your UT2004 direcotry. If it's somewhere else, you can't play.

If there's any other errors, make sure your UT2004 is up-to-date (v3369). And has ECE (Editor's Choice Edition) content. If not then you need to install UT2004 MegePack (http://download.beyondunreal.com/fileworks.php/official/ut2004/ut2004megapack.exe).

Epics UT2004 master server was down before.

Run the installer... do as the readme file says.

Use 7-zip. I've noticed some other people also having trouble when using WinRAR.

I could forgive them some gameplay problems but KFGame doesn't even have any skins... let's be honest: the game in not really girl friendly.
They're not even trying to fix anything. I report a map glitch and after moneths and many patches it still hasn't been fixed.
And what's with that red smoke wave that Siren sends out in KFGame? LoL
