It was a smart trick. I finally bought 22" monitor with Full HD - for motion:
-I recorded few clips in full HD then Pan&Crop to 1280x720 (no quality lost for HD 720p)
-P&C with keyframing motion + camera shake effect. :)
About loading - maybe it's coz it have better servers for it or do better compression. I doubt it's your fault coz I often have same.
