As for political correctness, I think it could be a good idea for a generic spirit, but effects will have to be thoroughly researched.

Poland will have a unique government, but probably not a unique focus tree on first release.

I think that could be an interesting path. I will look into it more.

We as a team are only planning to do focii for major and interesting nations, but I'm sure if the community made tons of submods after release then it would be possible.

I think you make a very good point, such a good one in fact that I have been thinking over it for the last couple of days. There are so many questions as to whether it has a place in our day and age, many of which have yet to be answered. I hope that in testing we will find out whether it is needed, but we aren't quite there yet.

The Russo-Georgian war will be part of the mod. A georgian national focus is not planned for initial release, but a 2008 scenario is so it will probably added along with the scenario.

All of this is already planned.

iraqi focus might now be added in the initial release, but terrorism and syrian will be.

Iran will most likely get its own focus tree, egypt and saudi arabia might do as well after release.

Yes we will certainly have a look at it, it could open up new possibilities.
