I had done that about 5 times xD.
First, you have to go to a restricted area with an aircraft, kill some people and land. 2 VTOLs will appear, destroy one with your aircraft, get out, use the controller and land that one. Get in your new VTOL, fly to the Saints HQ and land. Don't get out, or get out and spawn a new aircraft. Another pair of VTOLs will appear. Than do the same like me.
