That is correct. You aren't disputing Paypal, you're disputing me over your transaction made to Pokemon Planet. When this happens, Paypal gives me several options, including refunding you.

Feel free to post the screenshot. The message I sent you says:

"Your account will not be unbanned, as you broke the rules (lying with regards to an in-game trade).

If you would like the price of your credits reimbursed, you may
try to dispute it with paypal. Otherwise good luck with your lawsuit."

Are you sure you know what a transaction dispute is?

If you really are a programmer, you would know it is entirely possible to log trades and trade actions. And they are.

Not true. The chat logs prove this.

Also not true. I had asked him to file a dispute with his donation transactions so we can properly work out a resolution.

I'll post this here for everyone to see.

The player above was banned for scamming. He claims it wasn't a scam, but he told a player he would buy an item for one price, initially put that price, then quickly changed the price to a much lower one, and unfortunately the victim didn't notice. The victim tried to contact him, but was blocked/ignored. The rules specifically state that lying with regards to trades is illegal and will result in an account/permanent ban. After the trade, he asked an in-game chat moderator (whose job is only to moderate the chat, not trades, but nonetheless) "if someone agreed to the trade 100k for iv reset and clicked accept thats his fault right?", to which the chat moderator replied "as long as the deal you made was not misleading". It was quite clear the trade was misleading.

Because he donated, he expected to either be unbanned, or receive his donation back. I gave him an option to receive his donation back via Paypal, but he refused to do so and threatened to sue me and get Nintendo to shut down Pokemon Planet.

I had deleted a few comments on this Indiedb page because of profanity, or general spamming nonsense, to which this user and others claim as censorship. Feel free to decide for yourself.

A couple other unhappy players (who have all been previously banned from the game for breaking the rules) have started making alternate Indiedb accounts to post and agree with negative reviews, spam and make negative comments, downvote my comments, etc. in an attempt to defame myself and Pokemon Planet.

So to anyone who is interested in Pokemon Planet, I invite you to come register and decide for yourself whether or not what these few users say is the truth. The game is free to play and all credit-shop content can be purchased from other players or obtained in other ways (credits can even be earned in-game). You don't have to and shouldn't donate unless you want to. The rules are standard MMO rules, and are easy to follow. If you have a problem in-game you can post on the forums or message me or a staff member directly.

Controls can be found on the forums, or by typing /faq while in-game, but they're pretty basic. WASD or arrow keys to move, mouse to click on stuff, spacebar to interact with the environment.

Let it load for a few minutes. This issue will be fixed in the near future.

Certain mobile devices do support flash. I believe Android users can directly download Adobe Flash onto their device, whereas iOS users will have to download a browser that supports flash, like Puffin.

Use a browser which supports adobe flash.

Or let people decide for themselves-- the game is free and thousands of active people play everyday, come see for yourself! :)

The servers are online. Did you register an account first? If you try to login and you get sent to the login screen that means you entered an incorrect username/password combination.
