It's a compatibility issue with some Radeon HD...the engine developer is working to fix it.

A patch will be released asap.

The tracking camera can be set from the option menu...be sure you downloaded the Full Extended Edition EXE Installer ( not the basic one ).

It should work but Windows 8 is not officially supported by the game...which graphic card have you installed?

scarica direttamente l'installer ( .EXE ) senza usare il client ed installa il gioco. OAlinst puoi lanciarlo direttamente al termine dell'installazione, mentre Physx manualmente da dentro la directory del gioco stesso.

Se rispecchia i requisiti minimi si...di solito si configura dal BIOS.

Dal log vedo che hai un chipset Intel. Mi spiace ma Intel non è non supportato dal motore, bisogna avere un NVidia o Radeon.

Ciao, probabilmente stai eseguendo il gioco alla risoluzione di default ( 640x480 ). Lancia BSConfig.exe e selezionane una adeguata ( come amministratore se hai Vista o 7 ).

Hello, maybe you are running under Vista or 7 and you don't launch the game as administrator. If not send me the savegames folder ( in the installation folder ) and I will check if there files are corrupted.

Per quanto riguarda i salvataggi ci hai preso in pieno: era un'idea che avevamo in mente, almeno per le due modalità "Survival" e "BlackSoul".
Potrebbe uscire più avanti una versione migliorata del gioco ( stiamo aspettando di ricevere feedback per ora ).

Per questo certi suggerimenti sono molto importanti e sempre ben accetti.

Ciao, prova a controllare che non ci sia qualche impostazione particolare sulla barra stessa. Verifica che tutti i parametri in BSConfig.exe abbiano il segno di spunta e magari prova ad aggiornare i driver della scheda video. E' la prima volta che sento di un problema del genere quindi al momento non ho alcuna soluzione. Puoi anche inviare a info@xeniosvision.com il file S2Engine.html che si trova nella directory del gioco, con la configurazione del tuo PC.

Ciao, devi installare oalinst.exe e PhysX_9.10.0513_SystemSoftware.exe, sono entrambi nella directory del gioco.

Ok, launch the BSConfig.exe first and save it...then open the s2engine.cfg and make changes.

Open the file s2engine.cfg, look for "ApplySSAO" and "ApplyVignette" and set both to false ( do not remove them )

Yes, I'm sorry, but the game doesn't support notebook integrated chisets.

I've checked the log file you sent me ( I've answered you by email ). Unfortunately The problem is the Intel graphic chipset...Intel is not supported by the engine.

There is a file named S2Engine.html in the installation folder. Can you send it to info@xeniosvision.com? I will check it.

We have already reported on client problems to Desura.
About the standalone installer: do you run both the .exe files on desktop as administrator ?

Yes you're right, it seems there is just the windows icon, with no detail about the OS version. We could make it visible in the Summary, but I have to contact Desura.

About the download we have already reported this problem to Desura.

Instead about the resolution, probably you are running under Vista or 7: simply launch both the BSConfig.exe and BlackSoul.exe as administrator.

We will add this into in the readme with the next update.
