I pasted the files in
(C:\Program\LucasArts\Star Wars Empire at War\GameData\Mods\Stargate\DATA\Xml)...

and when I start a new gc (the gc whit 114 or so planets)I upgraded the first teck one or whatever its called then after that... well then it never comes a new upgrade icone

That hotfix of yours do not appear to be working...I can still only advance to teck level 2...(in other word nothing have changed).
