Why wont it open? I extracted it and opened the exe file and it just opens this tiny window and dosent do anything else

I am so happy that there is an update...

I played the first version for a while and thought it was great! However, I kept having trouble building vehicles and actually doing things, but now I hope that will now be fixed. But what I really love about this game is that it runs great! I use a laptop, with the higher graphic settings, and it runs like a dream! Great job Dangersam, stay with this project.
