Just so I can understand; by main file do you mean the PBOD main mod or just the World of Vasnar main mod.

I'm having the same problem. I hope there's a fix, the minimap is one of my favorite addons.

Really? I posted this somewhere else and saw another person commenting on it but... When I use it I still get a minimap and quest direction, but don't see fellow stalkers or dead bodies. Also the time and number of stalkers in an area do not appear.
Did you install it different or tweak anything?
