I check our official forums daily, but I usually only go through all the different distribution site forums a couple times a week. Still working on the game 10+ hours a day so I sometimes don't get around the forums as often as I would like.

You can skip the whole intro galaxy if you want to get to the part where you can start customizing your own ship. Should be a button to skip the intro when you select Single Player in the main menu.

Hey lonetrav, if you run the game from the desktop icon created during installation, it should automatically update itself. Right now the newest version is 1.0.0.4. The shortcut should be named RingRunner and is should be an .appref-ms.

If you are playing the latest version, 1.0.0.3 you should be able to unlock multiplayer at any point by pressing force unlock on the pop up that comes up.

The normal time it unlocks is when you become a sage in the campaign mode, which should be about 1 to 2 hours in.

We are working on the demo currently, it will release alongside the game's MOBA mode which we hope will be sometime next month.

This is typically due to an out of memory crash, if you are on a laptop make sure that the game is granted access to the graphics card. Some laptops have battery saving logic that will prevent certain applications from accessing the graphics card by default.

If you are not on a laptop, I recommend looking at the in game troubleshooting on how to help prevent these crashes. You can find it in the Main Menu under Help->Troubleshooting. It will basically involve lowering certain video settings in order to reduce the amount a memory used.

Yes, if we do manage to port it, anyone who has purchased any version of the game will get the ports for free.

If the game does well we are planning on porting it to as many platforms as we can.
