its the ram u need more then 2gig just to play the mod.
K might have found a problem with the replicator rebels the starbase hoard frigate production isn't working.
U don't have to change them permanently make it into mini mods so the player can choose.
Like the addon mods for interregnum wouldn't mind having a death match mode like interregnum for this or population cap minimod. Moddb.com like these

I got a problem here the atlantian hull repair is inactive doesn't work at all even with max research cap ships die outright.

I got them set to default templates do got the quick start on. All planets are set to each a player so everyone starts with there own empire the templates are set to default I didn't mess with the templates.
Also i got another weird one for galaxy forge maps it spawns the hero building on each planet and spawns a hero at each of them upon research completing. I pretty much can get 9 of each hero on the map I made if i don't go and toggle the autobuild off.
kuat = infinite titans can see it giving 4 but 10 kinda breaks the game.
He wants to know if u use large address aware or laa.
