lukaluka94, the problem is simple, I'm a programmer, not an artist, so In order to add new levels I need to buy 3D model Packs, and to do that I need money. My budget can't afford it, that's why I'm asking for your help. Without money Assault! will stay as it is now as I can't add more levels.

I don't know because the last Nvidia I tested was a 6200 lol. I suppose mid-range cards newer than 3 or 4 years should work

thanks! I can't really say what are the specs but I will say what pc's I've tried and are working:
-Windows XP or newer
-2 GB RAM would be enough, 1 GB also should work
-Graphics card working with all visual effects: Ati HD5770, HD6870, working but without antialising: Ati HD3650

DM_garages crashes sometimes and I really don't know why, I've tried to fixed it serveral times but no luck

In the testings I did I just got chrases sometimes when loading DM_garages, the other maps worked fine, are you getting low frames per sec?

I could add a FPS/3PS mode choose option, but FPS players can be under disvantage on some situations

hmm did you get that error on older Assault! versions? I haven't changed nothing that could cause a crash when loading the map. Does it happen in single player or multiplayer mode?

1. If your screen bobs up and down that's probably because you are getting low frames per sec, in that case lower the graphic settings, you can check fps with Fraps

2. Do you use mouse right button to zoom and aim? This way the crosshair becomes smaller and you can aim for long range distances. About the recoil is an element to make the game more difficult, otherwise people would just fire continuously until kills the enemy, this way you have to control with the mouse what you are aiming at while shooting. You can also use semi-automatic mode with key X in some weapons and get more accuracy.

A windowed more could easily be added, but the mouse could get out of the game window and when you shoot the game would get minimized.

I can't bet COD or Counter-Strike or other multiplayer FPS, being third person is what makes this game unique. Also combining first and third person isn't a good idea because users using the other view can take advantage under some situations
