I've been playing Core Exiles for about 2.5 years now. The game is very engaging and truly has a staggering amount of freedom and choice. It is clear why this game has survived for more than 14 years.

My favorite thing is easily the supportive community, coupled with the active and interactive developer. I have no idea how Coops finds time to stay as involved as he does.

There is a fair bit of lore to be explored (or contributed to), and that lore has been growing quite a lot lately with the anticipation of battleships and returning to the core. I'm very interested to see what the future will hold for the recently released starbases, and have been very impressed with the many quality-of-life improvements that Coops has implemented recently.
