I downloaded the mod data through the launcher but I couln't launch the mod using the launcher. So I merged the "Data" folder of SWFOC with the one of the mod and I launch the game executable directly to play the modded game.
I applied all patches so my current version of the mod is 1.5.2.

Bonsoir, seules la France et la Grande-Bretagne seront séparées en nouveaux pays. De petites adaptations seront faites dans le reste du monde afin que les frontières collent mieux avec celles d'aujourd'hui, mais l'action se situera avant tout en France et dans les îles britanniques.

I am now working on normand national focuses, but I effectively plan to add modern leaders to the most important countries of the world, and add Scottland, Wales, Cornwall and England as countries, with their own leaders.

OK, I will put an english translation in the next demo :)
