As long as this mod makes the units FEEL different, and it doesn't just feel like a re-skinned EAW, then I am SUPER EXCITED for this one.

If you go to the website for the mod, they had a release for BF2 and BF 1942.

This game is really fun, but MORE PEOPLE NEED TO PLAY!

I just finished playing this mod. I was actually listening to either Geekbox or some other video game podcast, and they mentioned "Someone should tell those Crysis guys to make a Predator game". All I could think of is how if they used mods, they would know there is a Predator game FOR CRYSIS!

I just saw this mod on the top 100 list for the unreleased. I can't wait. Will the CIS and Republic heroes have new powers? Or are you guys just going to adapt the characters in EAW powers into the heroes in this game?

I find myself playing FarCry 2 in intervals. Like I'll start it up, play a couple missions and then leave it alone for a couple days. It's a lot like how I play GTA games.

I think maybe saying a re-skinning was kind of harsh. But in comparison, it's not as radically different as say, like Eternal Silence to Half-life 2. And that's not the fault of the mod creators, I personally believe there is only so much you can do when you try doing anything to any type of strategy/sim game.

I absolutely cannot wait for this.

I would say this list is pretty accurate. I just re-installed Half-life and I downloaded NS, Sven, and TS almost immediately. And if I hadn't already beaten They Hunger, I would do that too. And I used to be a pretty big fan of ESF. I can't think of any mods that really top those 5.

Someone should make a Trespasser mod

Hey guys, I was really pumped for this game before, but when you had announced it, my PC had just died. Now I bought a new one, and will be getting BF 2142 just to play this.

Everytime you guys update I get more and more excited. You guys just have got me so hyped up for this. My jaw dropped at the sight of the Great Temple.

So you're thinking of adding some EU creaturs eh? Any way you could let us know what they are? And also, how much EU inspiration will this have?
