I have some experience with Unreal Engine 4. It basically consists of a Delay that fires to the point RIGHT after the animation finishes. I then use a Teleport node, and teleport the player to the finish animation position. I then use the DestroyActor node to delete the animation and CineCamera.

Edit: The camera automatically switches to the players if there is no other camera found.
