shadow, although i agree that halogen would be a great way to advertise the other halo products. in the end it's still stealing an idea. if you were a rich and powerful mutlinational company tell me you wouldn't do the same. neither microsoft or bungie needs this as advertising. they obviously see it as a threat and want to get rid of it. and also like i previously stated i would've loved to see halogen completed.

everyone seriously needs to calm down and get over it. i mean it was looking like a great mod, and i was very anxious to play it. i also think you guys did a great job with what you have accomplished. but it's over and that's it.
as for those of you saying to sue microsoft. what the ****. they are a multinational corporation. a small mod team can't sue and win someone like that. that's how capitalism works. even then what are they gonna sue them for? ending a mod that is technically stolen (i say stolen cause it's all halo) face it. halogen is unfortunatly over, so stop ******** your pants. all that can be done now is to write angry letters to microsoft and hope that they are compassionate enough to let the modders finish halogen. even if that happened then you'd have to convince the team to get back to work.
