I love the content boost in this mod. But I suggest adding culture to some of the people making the townspeople in Yarg or Narthal look like actual tribespeople.

Also would be awesome to add some extra landmasses if possible

This mod is amazing, I have never seen an actual mod showing all of the entirety of Calradia, though the townspeople could use some kind of editing so it shows that they are in that Tribe.

I like how it shows a lot of diversity in the world though, so I like it quite a lot.

Something tells me that the creator is just focusing on getting the game itself to work, and then he will add in the other factions hopefully... (Still hopeful for spain XD)

Have you tried restarting the game, it could be a standard texture glitch, if not then try just checking the folder for textures.
And if all else fails... Reinstall it...

Add a few weapons into their inventory,
That missing weapon is called "Invalid Item" and it is just a glitch,
Just go into the inventory and add an extra different weapon or the same weapon about 3-4 times.

I'd love to see more work put into expanding the empty parts of the world... You know that massive expanse of desert and that empty space of snow?
Also the steppes... I know the turguhns are there... But perhaps placing some more cities there allowing to bring more life to them, and more power...

Also possibly there is this big empty space in the center of calradia's more civilised area if you want to call it that.... Perhaps a few villages/towns/castles could go there... Idk, I know how much work goes into placing towns so I will let you decide if that is a smart idea... (Maybe some more teams idk...)

Step 2- Set teams to Merchant Republic of Zendar and Turguhn Horde
Step 3- Have fun :3
