Thank you! It's pretty hard starting out I have to say. Tips I can give you: raise the Estates influence over 75% and demand diplomatic support. that's free 150 diplo, also demand money. Then raise stability by one and choose decision to become plutocratic republic, you can only do this in the starting month as your income share from trade will drop below 30% next month :)Then raise stability to 2 and abolish secularism, choose protestant and convert, culture convert afterwards, conservative party gives bonus to religious conversion. Also, try to conquer Zambia/Mozambique early on, once they get alliance with South Africa you're doomed.

It should be noted however that the Bush War wasn't fought because of racial tensions but because of Communist insurgents armed by the Soviet Union, who later on in the war started spreading anti-white propaganda across Rhodesia to make the blacks hate the whites to help bring down the government. :)
