First, these "Force Diplomacy Script" and "Peace with the Dead Script" instruction are "inside" the game? People migth forget or not read instruction, can you get them as a "building"?
Second, "what you'd expect from a mod focusing on the Greeks" HAHAHA your mod focus is all the known world xD

I like to test minor factions, like Parthia, Spain, etc. For rome, macedon and egipt I have no problem with money, but for others I think is necessary some changes.

I think Druedain are no important, just a "custom" stack of rebels is enough. Dwarves of Ered-Luin also is not important. Remnants of Angband can be a horde faction, appearing somewhere in the north, not in a fixed location ¿is possible?

Is no better move to medieval 2? I think you have enough assets to make a First Age mod there, maybe a sub mod for DCI or DAC.
