Ben Finney (one of the Noah's Jungle developers) did a great job on the voices.
We're currently trying to get him to do a Noah's Jungle rap :D

In regards to your first point, we're currently working on a version that is full-screen to avoid this issue. I assume you're referring to the terrain dropping away when you maximise? It's a bug with the terrain in UDK and we're not sure if there's a way to fix it...
