just download all in one package(Doom_All_In_One_4.1.zip), extract in c:\games\doom

NSTRUCTIONS
extract the file in c:, you will have c:\games\DOOM

place
these files are that missing and required, place them in DOOM folder:
DOOM.WAD
DOOM2.WAD
PLUTONIA.WAD
TNT.WAD

at least doom2.wad is needed and not included here

hi there... atm i can't, but i can tell you how to do it...

use 7zip to unpack hamw.pk3

enter inside, and open in notepad++ the file decorate.txt

delete everything except

the doomplayer (so he can wield the soulcube)

the soulcube weapon, the soulcube projectile and soulcube returning projectile

every soulmonster

you can then test the mod... use the cheat idkfa and see if slot 0 has the soulcube.

(to make it work with less trouble, also keep the modded plasma gun, modded plasma projectile, modded bfg and modded bfg projectile)

this way you delete the changed behavior of health potion, armor shard, armors, megaarmor... to delete the changed damage of most weapons just delete ucd0.4.pk3

here is your unmaker only mod, tested and worked.

you either get lucky when you destroy a green exploding barrel and find unmaker weapon as loot... (a demonic voice plays when you get lucky and find unmaker as loot)

or you use cheat code idkfa to have all weapons, including unmaker.

there is now an option to download an all in one pack of 700mb

or a split download option with:

01) gzdoom sourceport files

02) enhanced textures, music and
liquid lava/blood/mud/water/nukage
also bugfixes on the official wads

03) just the gameplay mod: unmaker, soul cube, nightmare imp

05) doom zero: the latest official free doom wad

there is also a
04) guide with txt files and avi files that show secret exit and hard to find keys, and hidden switches you have to use or shoot to complete some levels.

you can easily modify decorate.txt file inside hamw.pk3 to have that:

install 7zip
extract hamw.pk3
notepad++ edit file decorate.txt

you can now disable everything i added by deleting the "substitute original Thing for NewThing":

the armor new behavior and values
the potion and berserk new behavior and value

if you delete all lines that talk about monsters you will no longer have modified monsters, and the soulcube will never be charged with monster kills

then select all files, right click, select HAWM.zip
rename it in HAWM.pk3 and cut and paste in the game folder to substitute the original file.

to delete the +50% damage dealt and received, just delete ucd0.4.pk3 file in the game folder.

all official doom wads support the new soulcube, the unmaker gun and the nightmare imp.

you can earn a maximum of 1 unmaker gun with 40 cells ammo per level, as long as you get lucky and destroy a green exploding barrel.

quick save and reload doesn't help in obtaining this gun, only at the start of a level a decision is made to select a green barrel to hold the weapon... if there are not enough barrels there is a chance no unmaker can spawn in that particular level.

you have 2 options:

option 1)
just play the game, destroy every barrel you see and check if a gun is dropped... (you do not always get the gun in level 1 if there are not enough barrels, i usually get it between level 2 and 5)

option 2)
try cheat idkfa to get all guns, ammo, armor and health... press button 6 and you should have the unmaker gun, press it again to equip the plasma gun.

this wad is mod compatible... as long as you use gzdoom... that source port is so easy to mod, that i was able to integrate this map pack in less than 1 day.

right now i am playing this map pack with better textures, music, dinamic lights, and real fluid liquids

also with the added unmaker gun, and the soul cube, also the nightmare imp as a new monster that sometimes(50%) is spawned in the spectre place.

no glitches, i played till level 5, doing about 1 or 2 levels per day.

yes btw this mappack is very good, other similar and official map packs are hell to pay mappack with a 10min countdown explode map where you need to destroy fusibiles and escape in time or die... and perdition's gate.

i took out doom64 rtr files, gzdoom files, and high quality soundtracks files... now the mod weights just 20mb.

you need to install gzdoom, and at least doom2.wad to play the mod.

i have a problem with this textures inside enpro2 map:

textures/base_floor/a_sflgrate2_alpha
textures/base_floor/grill_floor5_spooked
textures/base_trim/sfltrim4yel

at the beginning of enpro2 map, using sikkmod1.1ROE with the lost mission mod these textures aren't displayed but you see deep black.

so far it is worth it play with sikkmod on, with occasional glitch, than without the dinamic lights of sikkmod and no glitches.

i leave the folder with all mods i use, 0% problems with doom3, roe, just some visual glitches in tlm inside enpro2.

wow, i tried to do something you done in version 1.2 but probably with less result...

i was able to extract voice files for all languages, when i converted sounds and tried italian i notices some voices didn't play, i fixed them loading in audigy first a "working" voice, then loading as second track the "not working" voice, muting the working voice and saving the file... now the "not working voice" could be heard in game

i guess i can check your 1.2 mod and see if the italian voice 100% plays or some audio files are still bugged...

i was just like you, then i decided to give bloodgdx a try...
this is a not up to date build i made to try this mod, and i had a lot of fun... in case you interested backup your fresh supply folder first, then drop the files into fresh supply folder and start the game with the .bat file called bloodgdx.bat

the differences between bloodgdx and fresh supply: in bloodgdx you jump higher and longer, in bloodgdx flamehound can set you on fire for longer, bloodgdx doesn't support the new "high" quality cutscene, but supports enhanced graphic mods and also supports demo files.

when i convert
rhodes_enpro1_pda_01.wav into rhodes_enpro1_pda_01.ogg
it works

but when i convert rhodes_enpro1_pda_02.wav
into rhodes_enpro1_pda_01.ogg

it doesn't work anymore... do you know why this error happens ?

i click on audio log in game but i get no sounds

ok... i tried to orient the models but it isn't working :P
so far i was able to move your models a bit further when they intersect the walls (typically the shotgun ammo box)

i will retry again, if i fail is no biggied the game works even
with sprites facing the wall :D

edit: it works ! thanks for the tip: in 2d view, hover mouse arrow on item, then press either the button next to m or the other nearby to move clockwise or counterclockwise :D

by the way, maybe i found a bug: the barrel with a dead body inside doesn't change orientation as you move... and they all face the wall

hi there, any chance you could mod the burning from smg to deal increased damage ? (not bullet damage, but burning damage)
this way monsters, once burning, would stay alive only for few seconds, instead of an eternity.

i found a way to fix this, since i am already editing the official maps..., i created a copy of a vase nearby, changed the informations to those of the book and the sprite graphic too, also set it to explosive object like the original book...

after deleting the original book, and moving in the copy, that just sticks in place :D

hi there, i just found a bug with one of your 3d models:
in map e3m1 in the first room there is a book on a furniture/box
it is just a low quality 2d flat image of a book... with your mod it becomes a 3d detailed image... but it hover in middle air like a ghost. i think there is something wrong about an "offset", since without your mod the 2d image sticks perfectly on top of the box, while with your mod the position seems shifted along x or y axis

yes, you said the hud mod is not compatible with your mod... but excluding what is written into the main bloodgdx.def of the hud mod + removing or excluding 2 png files fix that mod and make it work with yours.
