Aww, I'm home for Christmas, away from my PC and my laptop can't run any of the STALKER games. ;-;

I (and a few fellow stalkers on Facepunch) are also afflicted with this, the only solution we have found so far is to delete the included shaders folder and replace them with Kingo's ones.

It's not just sid's bunker, it's throughout the whole game - I'd guess it's something to do with tonemapping/HDR due to the way the image flickers brighter and darker as you look around.

You might want to look into this - I have an AMD Radeon HD 6870 if that makes any difference.

I always liked the green hue of the default STALKER one. :(

Yeah, it's kind of depressing really. If I'm going to be paying 3-4 times the price of the mobile version, I should get the FULL game and not have to buy the remaining 25% of the game through (ridiculously overpriced) microtransactions.

Yeah, you might want to re-do your distortion map, it should only really get distorted around the edges of the cracks - it makes no sense for an otherwise flat plane of glass to be refracting light like that.
