Using assets from other mods requires permission, whether they finished the mod or not. It might save time but it does not help your mod at all, in fact it affects it so negatively its not really worth it. All it will do is put off players and will stop modders from uploading their work or continue modding.

Ive just read a similar bug but was on the TibSun Retro mod, they wasnt having NOD reinforcements arriving...Ill have to ask if they were using this also or TibSun Client or this...strange

There are a few fixes uploaded on moddb that helped me get past that error...https://cnc-comm.com/tiberian-sun/downloads/patches the latest version - but im not sure if it works with this mod...hope that helps anyway

Have you tried restarting? If so, are you doing the mission correctly? I haven't used this mod before but thought I'd try to help:

check with that first to make sure you are doing it right, if you arte doing it like that and no one from the mod gets in touch then I'd remove the mod, complete it and then reapply it afterwards
