i agree that it could be more disfigured like the silent hill 2 bubble head nurses... but im amazed that it has even gotten this good. so either way... good job! very good job!!!

of coarse i know it isn't silent hill itself... im just lending a hand with some ideas and constructive criticism for his game and giving some examples that most definitely worked in one of the most amazing horror games of all time which coincidentally is what he is basing his mod off of. in fact the building the mod takes place in is from silent hill and even some of the textures are as well. point being im not being a Nazi im just giving some constructive criticism dude. if everyone just commented on how awesome the mod is then he wouldn't have anything to work off of.

GREAT JOB!!!
i would like to make a few suggestions if i may.
first i think the foot step sounds are too quick for the speed that the player walks. i would suggest slowing down the pace of the footstep sounds to match up with the movement.
second the speed in which you climb ladders is waaaaay to fast.
also, on a side note, i think all the guns take away from the silent hill feel. i would think maybe the pistol would be ok with a couple of bullets but a shotgun seems like a little too much. these are just suggestions tho and i love what you've done with this mod. it is spectacular. im just trying to help make it possibly better with some constructive criticism.

wow this looks GREAT!!! i would consider getting rid of the cross-hair and HUD for more of a survival horror feel. you can even try possibly a third-person view like the previous games and see how that works.

im interested in doing character design. i can do concept art really good but i have no 3d editing software so i don't know if i could be helpful. but if u could get me some 3d editing software i would definitely like to help.
