Notes: Advanced AI, capable of transferring copies of its software into droids and other compatible electronic objects, taking total control of them. Mostly possesses droids and acts as a bodyguard and adviser to Praxis. The main AI core maintains an encrypted, and virtually untraceable, connection with all of its proxies. If a copy is destroyed all the information it gathered will be sent to the original by default, much like how conventional battle droids would send an alert if an enemy destroyed it.

-The number of copies Overlord can maintain is limited, normally doesn't have more than 5-8. While in theory, he could make more, they would get less and less intelligent and it would put a strain on his processing power. Thus under normal circumstances, he only maintains 1-4 at any given time.
-Copies are referred to as proxies, they are mostly independent but periodically need to be re-assimilated into the primary AI core less they become corrupted over time. Proxies take on certain personality traits and quirks based on their purpose.
-Overlord is not a pure software AI, much like conventional droids, albeit far more advanced as his core is made up of a mixture of technologies from different ages and civilizations. 'He' is bound to his AI core, if destroyed, Overlord would be no more as we know it.
-Overlord cannot take over any computer or droid as he or Praxis pleases, he can only connect with and control machines that have been made compatible with special modifications. However, like any astromech or slicer, he can hack into things given the right tools and equipment or in this case, the right body for the job.
