You shouldn't run all the sub-mods together. I only chose the ones that best suit your gameplay. I would recommend that you only play with the base mod and More Cultures.
Belle Cartographie Dark but it lowers the fps a lot and it is incompatible with Performance Increase.

Victoria 2 is a very unstable game in itself, even more so with a mod and even more so if several mods are executed together. I have been testing it and I tell you that the best mods for a good experience are the GFM base mod and the More Cultures. Vic2 is a game with terrible performance and optimization. If you add more content is logic that game run much worst, but i play in stable 30 fps with this mod with my potato pc.
