I've noticed a few things in my playthrough. Are these mechanics intended?

1) Pop's everyday needs are nearly identical to their luxury needs except for luxury clothes and luxury furniture.
2) When I reload my previously saved game, some RGOs triple or quadruple in their capacity.

I also want to thank you a lot for creating something like this. Being able to do something meaningful with an insignificant nation in Victoria 2 really makes this game much more fun.

I don't know what to say. One aspect of Victoria which I don't like is, anything about a particular country is too hard to change and it is not like a sandbox experience. Thank you very much for doing something about it.
