Question:

What did you use to draw your sprites/backdrops? Combination of paint and artistry?

Did you use a colour pallette to restrict your colours and thus produce a consistent design?

I know many aspects of C++, have coded regulary with the source engine, never even attempted the cry engine though...

How would I get started with this so I can find whether or not i'd be of much use to your team?

Please Valve, I would really appreciate that up to date SOURCE SDK 2009 or newer used for Portal 2.

It would be a dream come true.

Fyi: Definately purchasing portal 2 (Getting PS3 version so I get both PC 'For I' and PS3 version 'For my parents'), it's going to be great. :)

Is Portal 2 going to help reveal ties from Portal into the half life universe to a further extent?

Cheat how? Do they start with more money? Does each load give them double the ammount? Or do they just get given money for no reason.

Please don't say it's the latter, it's annoying because they always seem to be able to spam their units when there isn't enough cash around to do that as i've been killing off their harvesters.

Also, shouldn't the lean angle the camera respectively to the way in which the player is leaning? I also think the level at which the player ducks is way too low, it always has been in source games, having it higher will also allow for more opportunities to use cover while retaining the ability to shoot over it. :) My suggestions.

Add weapon kick to all the weapons please, enough to be able to force skilled players to get an advantage from burst fire. Use the domachinegunkick function.

It looks like there might be long ranges of which to shoot enemies from, will there be a range disadvantage to weapons (Such as decreasing damage or bullet drop) to compensate for this?
