In theory - yes, yet I'd be careful at this point, not to overdo it.

It's possible it will be done in future. AI is being used atm, but not for quests. There are already quite a few new quests in TH3.

in MP Skeleton King is on floor 21, there is no extra dungeon in MP

it is very easy to remove or replace sounds for getting hit. something like that was done in TH2 for Executioner, though I can't say I am happy with the result. The only hard part is to pick sounds for replacement. Ideally, sounds should be picked according to armor tier player uses, and to reflect what the character is being hit WITH.

in my view, cow quest is a joke. so short answer is no, there won't be any kind of cow quest.
regarding uniques, my design philosophy is to avoid creating 'best' items or optimal character builds. i believe, that should answer your question

+ more fixes to engine,
+ quests with additional dungeon levels ported to multiplayer,
+ certain bosses dropping some iconic unique items,
+ improvements to character window,
+ more balance polishing,
+ increased caps to character level, spell level and character stats,
+ 9 difficulties (used to be 3),
+ new perks and synergies,
+ improved item sorting logic (looting),
+ improved magic find with a higher limit (more chances to get uniques),
+ increased item durability caps,
+ a couple of new monsters

it must be pixel lighting you are talking about. there is a large todo list for th3. one of the items is pixel lighting option. whenever the programmer who can do it, wants to do it, it will be done. it is achievable. just depends on the dev whim. some guys like working on mechanics, others on networking, others like visuals. in future it will probably get done. until then, try playing with config's visual filters. they can change the picture for you

Fury effects depend on class. Yours doesn't get this effect. See spell descriptions in spellbook, it describes the effects.
