Try playing it with LZDoom 3.85 from the latest version of Delta Touch

Bind a control to the Rage activator, get rage points and then use the key you set before for rage activation once the Doom Slayer icon is full

Try checking "Mod Options" > "Gore Options" and set the "Blood Type" option to "Vanilla'

Download the file, once you download the .zip, extract the .pk3 file into your GZDoom folder. then you just drag the pk3 file into the gzdoom.exe
GZDoom should launch with the mod running
