I have a new laptop that doesn't run new games very well, so I can't do much in the way of modding now unfortunately.

You might be able to change the rate at which dinosaurs lose comfort. You can also change a dinosaur's initial comfort level. If you'd like to learn how to mod yourself, I suggest this Discord server (https://discord.gg/QKDfhVJ).

Era compatibility is a parameter for individual buildings for each DLC. So there's no way to only have mixed eras unless you mod the game yourself.
