Such a cool mod. Every single weapon feels awesome to use. Making the pistol a strong weapon is such an improvement, and makes the player feel so much more powerful. Really good job on this, I'll be sure to finish it.

This was very surprising, because I thought it would kinda suck, but it's probably my favorite Doom mod. The level design is good, the scripting is impressive, it's pretty consistently funny, and it tells the great tale of Banana Factory Dude.
Also, the fact that this is all in one map blows me away. This wasn't the type of mod that I would expect to be a great showcase of GZDoom's capabilities, but it really is.
(Also, I love the Super Metroid opening, very well done.)

I really like this. It satisfies my monkey brain to see two things that I like to be merged into one. Also, the fact that this works for both The Ultimate Doom and Doom II is nice, and isn't something I see too often, so kudos for that, even if it only makes sense due to how it was made.

This is really cool, I'm looking forward to the full version. This was surprisingly well put together, and I didn't experience any bugs other than the fact that after the first race the bike jitters before you start the track.

This map is nice, but I have a few criticisms.
I feel like the map could have fit more monsters, as it certainly had the room. The rooms were fairly large, so adding some more enemies, even just zombiemen or shotgun guys would add a lot of flavor to it.
The rooms were very square, which isn't something I don't understand, my first map was the same way, probably worse than this one. Although, something I did appreciate was the pillars in one of the rooms. It's really simple, but I feel like details like that can do a lot for a map's overall feel.
There wasn't much to grab, which isn't necessarily a problem, but aside from the super shotgun room, there wasn't much of a sense of exploration, if you know what I mean. I think it would have been nice if there were a few more side rooms that you didn't have to enter, but had some monsters inside, maybe a weapon, ammo/backpack, or powerup.
Overall, I feel like this isn't a bad start at all. Definitely could be improved, but of course it could, because nobody's first map is that good.

(This was pretty deep into the description, so I'll leave this here just to get ahead of anybody on this.)

ZDoom ACS was used for this map, so if it doesn't work on some other version, you know why. You should probably use GZDoom to run this map.

I liked the WAD. It wad entertaining and designed pretty well. My only real criticism is that there were many misaligned textures, door tracks that weren't unpegged, and in certain areas, it wasn't balanced greatly. At the end of I think map 05 or 06, the end was a room completely stuffed with chaingunners. I couldn't find any efficient approach to taking care of them, and felt like a bit of a waste of time. Other than that, I feel like it was pretty good, and didn't take too long.

I gotta say, this mod is absolutely phenomenal, and I love it. I really don't have any complaints, just a generally really good mod that overhauls Doom's normal gameplay, making it much more difficult. I love it :)

Unfortunately, I was unable to fulfill l.strain's request of adding images. It seems that multiple images can only be uploaded with a mod, not just a file/addon.

If anybody knows how to make a Doom WAD have a proper ending, please let me know. I haven't seen any forums about it, yet I've seen it in plenty of doom WADS.
