Vivec had them, but if you included them in one of the current PA fleets then it's my fault but if they're not, well they went back to Taris.
You do know that Vivec and Ori´verda were pretty much good friends right? I mean if you read my Requiem article you will note that the Gauntlet, a ship Vivec designed is in the hands of Ori´verda.
Why not these ships?
Because:
1) you never mentioned them untill now
2) your character basicly is going asleep for years unless your intervention can convince your mother

Product placement is the act of featuring products of certain brands on screen (in a sublte manor) during television shows. actually just like hidden comercials inside your favorite TV-shows, the people who make the programs get money for doing so.
In belgium the 'PP' logo HAS to appear on the top right corner when they are doing i.

Nope just as i thought they are not in use by the PA, and since they were never used they went back to Taris.
I even told the GM they went to Taris after Vivec died months ago so... if you want one, buy one ;)
