are there plans to update xen further? My hopes is to find a mod that really overhauls them (like black mesa, but not to that extent), and play what the developers would've made had they had more time.

Basically, make it so that the quality is a bit more like the rest of the game.

Considering that Xen is easily the worst part of half life, I would assume that people would be quite happy if you took even more liberties with the map design. I say go nuts!

Okay, so I just finished the story, and I will like to be honest: it is a bit of a cop out, and I feel a little robbed. Don't get me wrong, the game is great, but the whole ending makes me feel that the struggle was not worth it.
I was really hoping that some kind of ultimate prize was waiting for me at the end, like a rock that granted wishes or something.
I mean, you could still have everything from the ending, as well as making the nightmares really real. It would've been great if those two angles were to collide.

NOTE: this was worded vaguely as best as I could in case someone wants to find the ending themselves

No joke, the imp sprites are an improvement over the original BDv21 grab sprites for the imp.

Is it based off of anyone, or did you just make the sprites like that because they look nice?

Another bug: when picking up crowbar in unforeseen consequences, the weapon model does not appear. It's fine with cheats, but it just doesn't work with picking it up.

hmmm, I don't suppose there are hacked up methods either? In any case, it's fine. It's not like it was a really big issue. The only other thing I would like to mention is the thing I mentioned before:

move-able boxes really bounce off of the player. Not sure if always the case, or if it is a bug.

another bug: music doesn't continue after loading screens. To test, just get the hev suit in the second chapter, and then try and go through a loading area.

for the next update, would it be possible to make items lift-able like in half life 2? as an option.

Also, I was also able to get the turret bug in we got hostiles. I was just at the slipping water part, the loading screen happened, and then the turrets just stopped doing damage.
Another thing is that move-able boxes really bounce off of the player. Not sure if always the case, or if it is a bug.

Other than these things, this is fantastic! If only valve would officially adopt this for the official half life source release.

so I time stamped a part of this video because I noticed that the crowbar hitting metal sound effect is not correct. That is the half life 2 sound. I think you said somewhere that you've already noted this, but I just wanted to make sure: Youtu.be
