The MOD is not dead. Its currently under extensive beta testing and development in China's own modding scene. If you can read Chinese you can visit the site and download the beta. I think the author wants to perfect the MOD before its release to the rest of the world.

This is exactly what I pictured Inferno Cannon would be in real life. PLZ-05 is the correct choice. BTW, there is also a PLZ-45 which I never work out the difference between them.

I am pretty sure he doesn't use CWC stuff. These models have different mesh topology. Another obvious clue is they have cockpits! CWC models do not.
