Do you start off with your own kingdom?

Is there a single player in this?

I don't know if this is an error or a bug, but I've downloaded this multiple times and some textures are missing and is not compatible with other mods. Please pm me when you get a chance. Thanks! P.S. This map on the pic looks well done.
