We are really sorry for our long absence from IndieDB. From the start of this year we did make a very long jump with our development progress and since we are only two who are working on it we decided two boost the development and leave the forums aside for while. As a matter of fact in a few days, not allowed to say exact day, the 0.8.5 version will be released.
Therefore we have uploaded some images showing off our enhanced graphics!
We are very sorry for the inconvenience but it was for the projects greater good.
As a matter of fact, mouse wasn't in our spectrum of input devices but the space-flight module of the game is built in a way that we can implement it very easily.
We'll give it as an option in the next update and you could give feedback to us.

We are going to release monthly updates with changes based on the players' input (and adding new ships and missions of course) while at the mean time we are working on the multiplayer module.

Well it is still in alpha and we have done no gameplay balancing yet. We will be releasing monthly updates and at the next update we will adjust the difficulty level.

No not yet. Multiplayer is scheduled for ver 1 and we are starting work on that now.
We are currently in version 0.5. This means you get to taste the game mechanics against some automated turrets in 3 different environments (open space, asteroid field and mine field). You also get to fly 2 different spacecraft (hornet and scimitar).
In the mean time we will make monthly updates with new ships and new systems to fly through.
Any feedback is more than welcome!
The story will take place between WC4 and the start of Prophecy. However, the scenario will be structured in a way that you will be able and in some occasions have to fly warbirds from all eras.
