Anyone know the name of the track played by pipers?
Anyone know the name of the music played by pipers?
I hope the AI bugs will be fixed this time so we can play the mod.
Alright everyone, I found how to make it work for steam, follow this step by step, and it should work for pretty much everyone.
-Install the mod in your medieval II Total War\mods folder
-Rename the folder of the mod to : HundredYearWar
-In the mod folder, go into "data" and delete the "sound" folder, something is bugged there.
-Put the .cfg file into the mod folder.
-Open it with notepad
-In the first lines, you should see "mod =", replace it with (like earlier, just delete the numbers): mod = HundredYearWar
Now, go into Steam, right click on Total war and go into properties
-Go into set launch option
-Write: --features.mod=mods/HundredYearWar
Start the game like you would start Medieval II Total War.
There, it should work, if you want to play the normal game again, just delete what you wrote in launch option.
I don't know if this mod is still followed by its creators, but in any case, here I go:
I found 2 bugs:
First, with the mercenary company of "Cranes de Fer", I did the first quest, killed the bandits, and got some reward.
Later, I came back for another contract, I received the same quest, killed the bandits, but then, nothing happened and I can't finish the quest.
Second: In the quest given by the duke of Brittany: In the forest, it's not possible to navigate between what I suppose to be scenes. There are markers, but impossible to interact with them, when looking at them, it display "destructible object", but nothing else. Holding the action button does nothing.
