Look at the age of chivalry mod it has many units.

Why not replace the meso and asian civis with the once you want to add? it makes no sense for the tech tree to have those factions.

Not possible to do the game does not identify villager skins like normal units.

You should remove the old fan trailer and the tech tree.Its really out dated for those.

If I remember there were two sets of byz buildings,maybe you can mix them both for the missing byz buildings.

I don't think the hussar skin fits for a light cavalry too much armor.

The original game was about representative civics not regional or accurate. For a more in-depth and accurate mod age of chivalry would be best suited.

All of the slavic people are represented with Slav civi and Magyar are Hungarians in FE.

Why not change the huns to bulgers as well,then the serbs have someone to fight with.

Interesting,you might find Serbian military voices in age of chivalry.
Id suggest changing the uu name and ut names to make it stand out more.perhaps use a different skin for the uu.

He is following the style of the original units with a few exceptions.Original game used Long Swordsmen having 1 handed swords did you have a problem then?

The random unit skins sounds interesting,But I was hoping to see a different unit skins done for each faction eg holy roman empire looking different to teutonic order.

Its too muck work to redo all the buildings that have been added in 3.1
