The Council. Cuz I figure trillions of beings with thousands of ships threatened with extinction is a Damn serious force to be reckoned with. And common, the reapers can only do this "purge" for so long before they start making serious underestimates and mistakes.

I went back through the pics and didnt see it. Will that smaller quarian ship be included? the one with the circular front (not the liveship) i know the quarians are with council and that the liveships are prolly colonizers, but i never saw anything about the smaller ones. Feel free to yell if this has already been discussed 10 pages ago :P
