Love that my nations in the game, but we kurds don't use emirate or Sultanate or any other Arabic Government type.....here we call it a Shahdom.....so Shahdom of Kurdistan would work better.

Mate you don't even need a legal copy, you can use an illegal copy, but have your steam account open....but maybe your a console user therefore you've gotta wait until skyrim remastered edition.

Had the same problem....until I realized that I had to put the enderal launcher in the same folder as the skyrim launcher....that was how I got it to work worked.

Steam needs to be open.

lower graphics quality....I got a pc from 2012 and it flies on lowest quality, on medium it is ok, but I tend to like performance over graphics.

mate, to save you a lot of pain, never think about when it will be released, because it isn't if in pre-alpha.... and I'll release it when and only when it is actually playable without any huge issues.

just download (and install) a torrent client, such as utorrent or bittorrent...and then click on the link for the torrent (above) box will pop-up in your torrent client, select the place you want it to download to and click start.

the only bad thing with torrents are that you can't always trust the sources, but this sureai, they are fully trustable.

The civil war will start in 1455, and will give a lot of bad modifiers and odd modifiers, this part of the focus tree, will only be available when it starts, so that you can choose your side and bring in certain allies, so you can end it.

Plus, the french alliance has a skull, because it is like the unholy alliance between the Soviets and Germans in vanilla.

Well, I thought I'd make it event-based, once you have a certain no. of prerequisite stuff, then you'll get an event on whether you'd like to start colonization.

But, I'd also like to know your idea, so enlighten me.

I'm preoccupied with creating the map, first....then National Focus Tree's for the Major nations and last of all creating new skins for the soldiers. so I haven't even thought of it yet and it would be very late on in the mods production, sorry to disappoint.

very simple....
1-)Copy the file map/provinces.bmp to your mod.
2-)open the file with paint.
3-)Create a RGB (red, green, blue) color-code like the following..... 123;231;175....this is important.
4-)copy the file map/definition.txt to your mod.
5-)open the file with a text editor (like Sublime text or Notepad ++ (never use normal notepad, that might cause weird stuff to happen)).
6-)after you open the file, go to the bottom and write the following code....
13204;123;231;175;land;true;plain;0
13205;next province....
13206;next province....and so on depending on the province you want to make.

Tadaa, you created a new province(s)....all you have left to do is add them to a state.

mate, you could also edit an existing province, just get their RGB code right.

The portrait might be wrong, but Afonso V de Avis did not ascend to the throne until 1448....until then, there was a regent,called Peter (in Portuguese, I think it is Pedro), Duke of Coimbra.....better known by the name 'Infante Pedro'.

mate, I actually research this stuff, not make it up.....but maybe the portrait is wrong, I was wondering why it looked so good, but there isn't a good real one.

Mate, I think I've put up 10s of WIP map-screenshots, if your asking about the entire map, then I've barely finished 15% of Europe.
I'm currently working on the map, but if you think recreating it enterily is a quick job, then your wrong....it is simple, but not quick , I have to single-handedly:
1- color each new province.
2- type their RGB codes in.
3- check for conflicting RGB code (fix 'em if need be).
4- create a new state and add all the provinces and remove them from their original states if I need to (which I do alot).
5- create their localisations.

that is for each state 20-25 mins....without creating countries, researching where each state is, what are the country leaders, their flags and portraits, their color-code and countless number of f*ck ups that occur on the way.....that is more 25 mins....and I work on this for 1-3 hours a day depending on the circumstances and sometimes I'm too busy to. Not everyone has 16 hrs a day to work on a mod like the Fallout mods dev. (brilliant looking mod).

What I have done so far, map-wise:
-335 NEW provinces
-99-103 NEW states
-35 NEW nations

Will the map be like man in the high castle, where america is divided between Japan and the reich.....the USSR is also divided, but the middle of it is puppeted.
