Activate it again I guess?The problem You mentioned will take place if two WD language files are in the same place when game is activated/lunched. Unfortunately there is no other solution than to activate game again.After that it should work correctly.

Yes you made.First install the latest patch(without it the mod will not be working correctly-mentioned in the read me file).The original campaigns are unplayable. Use the one that have NEP in the name.

Nope. Mod isn't dead. NEP 3.0 is stil in the development. It will be a nasive chanege over this version so it will take some time to finish. Hard to tell when , but probably in the second half of the 2016 we will have something more solid to show.

Impossible. The Alien Ai is the most aggressive one. Maybe you are using non proper maps(Alien AI to evolve need the water resource - even if it is not using it), or game modes?

It depends. For example. If your army is far away from your base , the ammo drones can be easily intercepted by the enemy(one of the strategy is to "starve" enemy units)and then you will have no use from many ammo dependant weapons. The increased ammo capacity allow such units to live a bit longer(brake the siege , take other positions etc.).The same goes for energy weapons . When your ammo reactors get depleted , thus units become a sitting ducks(read the rate of fire become so low that is almost non present). So even if at first thus upgrades seams to be less useful , in the long run they can be crucial for your units survival.

The problem you have is caused by "not installing the patch 1.3.8"

They(buttons) allow you to produce infantry squads inside the transporter(all other nations transporters have the same ability, but different load capacity)
The red one is rocketry squad, the green is the energy weapon squad(plasma , jon or electric - depending the nation yo're play), the yellow one is the minigun(pulse rifle) squad - base infantry(the best used to capture buildings).
You can however load squads or single soldiers in old fashion way if you like.
One more note .Squads in transporters , build a lot longer than in barracks, so you need to peeper your assault back at base. This ability allows player to avoid both frustration and time in transporter/squad management.

3)I don't actually understand your question. You can't build ED BTTR , or I get something wrong?

One more advice(if you haven't figured that out yet).
If yo test a nation in skirmish set the AI to inactive mode(select that in the menu). This will allow you to understand specific build used by this nation(experiment).
Learning when AI is active is rather bad idea.

If you have other question please not hesitate to ask.

1)about resources gathering:

You have 2 types of resources
1 - Metal (the yellow flashing dots on the ground) used in units construction, buildings etc.
2 - Neutrinium (the purple flashing dots on the ground near the starting position ) - used for research and space construction.

UCS
Build one refinery then ad resource pod(UCS_RESOURCE_POD) to it.The termit(UCS_TERMIT) will be added automatically to it.

ED
At the beginning you get 2 mobile refineries. They can be build in the ED_MOLOH (it's this nation the unit factory)
LC
Build the lc mine near the resources(see the circle) otherwise it will not start gathering them.

Alien
All engineers (MORPHOID_ENGINER) gather resources, then they can clone and morf to other units(T1- into infantry and base tanks)T2 to more advanced and so one.

That's the base.
You will also notice that both ED and UCS have another version of their resource unit. If you click and built it, the script will create a squad of these units, and will replace any losses in it automatically(the same goes for infantry squads).

That sum this up.

2)What regard research

Yes there is no description yet.
But all
- land techs unlock another tier of units
- Air another tier of air units(on the big starship ending)
Defensive - all defensive buildings(tower, tower c3 etc)

Weapons upgrades(ammo capacity- luncher , bullet- dmg by 25% or higher - specific for nation)
shield - any another level adds more shield points
Armour- ads more protection(reduces dmg. taken by weapon by 25% for each level)
Amis- upgrades SDI
Drone- upgrade flares(anti rocket defence mounted on units)
The are few specific nation upgrades, but these you should figure out by yourself.

Can you describe a little bit more precise , when this de-synchronization bug take place?
The harvester bug is new to me, so I need more information about it first.
We've try to mod interface so many times , that I basically lost count of it. But without any result unfortunately, due to buggy *** hell tool. In simple word it isn't gone happen any time soon. Sorry.

It's theoretically possible(by scripting), but the system will be really buggy, and can have major impact on the game stability(the thing we want to avoid for any cost).
What's regard the resource system...It's creation take us so much time , that we aren't sure that we want to bother with the new one.

No problem. But I(nor anybody form the Team) have plyed OPX, So i don't know to which units you're refering to.
What regards language addons.
You can feel free to post it(any translation patches will be welcome here).Just give us a note when you do it.

And yes the mod is still in the works(but I can't give you any relese date when new patch will come to light)

Exact It's because AI start producing destroyers(or any fleet assets), and wait till they finish(which will take a while - both costly and time consuming process).After that it should unfreeze from that state and start continue it's offensive at the player or other enemy AI.

Yes we know that. Most of the cannons in NEP have exact stats both in precision like in the normal fire mode(what is intended), and some are well..... questionable(simply I forgot to make them as normal).Pleas don't use precision fire then(this ability will be removed from NEP, when we learn how to do this).

Nope.The work as the should(ad last on my end). All human nations receive both 5000 crystals and 5000 metal at the beginning of every new match. You can also change the starting resources rule for all thous nations, and set it up even to 20000 M&C.
And please by more precise when reporting thous bugs.
For example:
When you get this error?
Which game type you chose to play(Uncle Sam, Destroy all Structures, Scenario or...other?)
Is that happen in skirmish, or MP mode?
Thous information will help us determine on which side the problem lays, and increase chances to help you.

Yes we know that AI have hard time when it comes to deals with infantry spam rush(and silvers mk3 are a lite bit op I know). But in new version we correct lots of thous problems/unbalancing thins like infantry op , ship op, bomber spam, etc.(AI know not only how to deal with most player tactics, but it also know how to use it's own with really deadly efficiency- especially on higher level).
Wait 2 days and see by your self.

1)-It's hard coded
2)-No because it's balancing/AI problem.AI strictly depends on build order, and balancing takes into calculations all existing units, so removing one part will cause other imba(especially for aliens which strengths lays on air units).
By the way, who force anybody to build spaceship or MBR?There is so many units, tactics, that you can use to play without them(and be gone before you even start thinking about air tech 4)
From the other hand..others may say..who need infantry, could you add possibility to remove them?If we add such option for one thing , then why not for another? And then you will wake up one day and say "that game is unbalanced and unplayable".It's a closed circle. So no, there will be no option for such things. You don't like them then don't build them. Simple.

I think it's armed enough,without killing the balancing issue ,or doubling the Amursk series equipment. Mi-234A "Han" is cable of transporting the 2 full infantry squads(6 troops each). Mainly used as long range building and heavy craft hunter.

No. Storm series are light anti-gravs for fast in and out attacks on unprotected facilities, or infantry squads .This craft is unable to transport troops on the battlefield(like heavier ones). The weapons are not shown, because they're still classified as work in progress.
