To fit in with the warring states period of naruto, Will the other factions from the vanilla be replaced with tonnes of small clans, Some with only a village or so?

I think, The only reason why alot of people HATE naruto fights over certain others, is because power scaling only changes when it will benefit the story, please dude, If ya gonna make the mod epic, Make your character be powerful enough to look like he can do damage, eg solo armies with single bombs, But chakra will still be regenerating as your on worldmap, So you gradualy grow in chakra , with the multiple clan abilities like byakugan, Adding a top down view, And the ability to hit multiple enemies at once with hand to hand types and stuff, And slam enemies into the ground to cause terrain destruction... please there's no good customize Naruto games...

Just a thought... Could you make leader shinobi Madara - White zetsu level of strength... But the player was able to obtain that type of power aswell... maybe a perk tree type? Idk... I just want to see armies split up and fight each other with a hole in the centre for the two lords.... please...
