I have an issue playing as a valesmen, I conquered the eyrie but I can’t recruit units from the master at arms there. It’s any way to fix this?

Hey produno in first place excellent work with this version, now a question there are 2 Vale lords that i can't bribe to join my faction one is Ser Lyn Corbray and the other is Lord Elsham or Elgram, in the two cases it only ask about their opinion of kings and lords
