Just another question - are there any options to play the game in higher resolution than 320 x 200? On a large monitor graphics are VERY pixelated in that resolution...

My apologies in advance for another (maybe silly) question. I can't get the 30th anniversary mod started.

1.) I have downloaded the latest version (i was able to find) of Wolf4SDL and unpacked it into a separate directory.

2.) I copied all the original Wolfenstein 3D files (with WL6 extension) into this directory.

3.) I copied the two DLL files that are distributed in connection with WolfSDL into the same directory.

4.) I unpacked the ZIP file of the 30th anniversary mod and copied all the WL9 files from the SDL directories into the same directory. There are two directories ("SDL" and "SDL2" - I tried both successively...)

When starting the game with Wolf4SDL.EXE now, the opening screen only offers me the six episodes from the original game and the Nocturnal Missions.

How Do I get the 30th anniversary mod running? Best with highest-possibel (1920 x 1080?) resolution?

Hi folks - I just read "I'm doing more Warblade modding after a while". Just the announcement of "more Warblade modding" sounds GREAT for me. Can you already give me an idea on when to expect any new stuff?

Hi folks - I hope anyone can help me getting these mods (and others) started in LZWolf under Windows 10.

1.) I have installed LZWolf (version 1.3.99999) on my PC by unpacking respective ZIP file content into a separate directory.

2.) I have copied all original Wolfenstein 3D and SOD files (version 1.4) from an old MS-DOS backup into the above LZWolf directory (*.WL6, *.SOD, *.SD1, *.SD2, *.SD3)

3.) When trying to launch "Wolfenstein 3D HD" (WOLF3D_HD.pk3) by pulling this pk3 file onto the LZWolf.EXE file I am receiving an error message and the game doesn't start.

4.) I'm getting identical error messages when trying to start other Wolf3D mods (that should be compatible with either LZ or ECWolf) as well.

When double-clicking 'lzwolf.exe' I can only launch the "normal" Wolfenstein 3D, Spear of Destiny, SOD-Return to Danger and SOD-Ultimate Challenge games.

How can I start modern Wolf3D and SOD mods (preferably with much better graphics with LZWolf?

to be honest, after Edgar had passed I never expected anything further to be published with regard to Warblade or even Warblade MK II. I was always in close contact with Edgar during his development of Warblade (although not being a coder myself...) and always highly appreciated his work.

I also was a pledger on Ulule for Warblade MK II (even with quite a large amount in order to get a personal wish realized...), but unfortunately, Edgar's passing prevented any further progress...

So I'm not only deeply surprised, but also VERY HAPPY to see now a tribute, and that there are enthusiastic programmers who have already (surely) invested a huge amount of time in order to code the tribute game.

Guys, I can only hope, that you keep up the good work and go further with that project. My STRONG suggestion: Go ahead and do a crowdfunding in order to code and release an even more advanced "Warblade 2.0". I will guarantee you, that I will be the first one who will pledge for such a game... 👍👍👍😍😍😍
