This bardock was rescued before frieza's deathball killed him (this of course through off the timeline) the mask is so he can be controlled and actually boosts his power. He is from Dragon Ball Online and might (very small chance) appear in Dragon Ball Xenoverse as it is loosely based on DBO.

You could say that it still isn't finished I wanted to upload the fix before completion of character. Also if you didn't want it why just not look at it? People can have opinions you know. You're opinion is DBO is stupid that's fine. I think it put interesting spins on characters. (Do you want this future of the Dragon Ball timeline or GT?)

To answer your first question I wasn't planning on making a model but I was planning on adding it as a texture to the face model. Second for my first addon I just wanted to fix the original version I wasn't going to do any more, but there is a small update I could release but it only changes the icon. Sorry I didn't realize you didn't understand.
