I ve just read your post again and i think you want to change only the text font. If so, just replace Textures/font.dds and Data/font.xml files and the texts will change.

It is not complicated but you can also change your name from XXX to Count XXX when you became a vassal :D. Do you think is it really necassary?

These are the ones i could remember. But as i said in my previous post, there are some ui change packs by modders, if you download one of them you can see which textures you need to change or replace.

You need to change user interface textures. To see which textures are ui textures, find a ui patch for warband and check which textures they edit. So, you can change or replace the ones in your game.

Most of the sounds' formats are windows audio wave(.wav) but as far as i know Mac op could also run this format without any problem.

I noticed that bug yesterday. I ve fixed it for the next version but I am not sure how you can fix this in your current save. If one of them is still a pirsoner perhaps you can try to rescue her.

@Ast0rath, i checked in perisno and it is nearly same in this mod as well. Horse archers use bows until they run out of ammo so they ride around enemies instead of charging forwards unless you disable this on Diplomacy 4.litdum preferences.

There are lots of fixes and some scene editions. Its not been much time since the v1.2 so most of the players won't even noticed what i fixed. That's why I haven't wrote a changelog. Best wishes!

I havent tried running the mod with WSE so WSE may cause the problem. As for as I know, even if WSE is setup, you can start the game without WSE via the original "warband.exe". You can try this. Btw, What is your warband version?

Its not about your current budget. Your debt to your men should decrease under 5000 for this not to happen.

Can you start a new save and see if the same thing will happen?

If you assign a chamberlain, your denars are added to your chamberlain. You can take your money from him.

You can turn off the fire arrows on Mod Preferences. There is no mod option for other fire effects but you can disable Particle Systems on Game options, it should decrease the fire effects(which are actually particles).

It checks your inventory for each items(items from your previous rank) you took from the lord, to remove them(take them back from you) when you get promoted. If it couldn't find even a single of them, makes you dismissed for theft.

You have been indicted for theft and dismissed from the army, for not giving 2(a number) of the Swadian Man at Arms(a troop name) equipments back.

Is something like this written on the menu you dismissed?
