I have followed all the instructions on the video and it doesn't work in DX10. I start the game in full screen and it seems to freeze for 3 seconds and then move for 1 second and freeze again, constantly. My resolution in-game can only be set to 640x480 and 800x600. It seems to work in a window mode but the resolution is the same. I also run a Steam version of the game.

I have an Intel i5, 8GB RAM, GeForce GTX 570 and DX11.
